I was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Western Maryland. After graduating from high school at Mountain Ridge in Frostburg, I went to Frostburg State University to earn my Communications degree in the hopes of being an on-air talent someday. Spoiler alert: I did just that! I really lucked out getting an on-air job on the Wolf since I absolutely LOVE country music. Growing up CMT was on in the living room 90% of the time. Some of my all-time favorites include Garth Brooks, Colter Wall, and the late great Toby Keith! When I’m not on the airwaves you can normally find me cooking up something that looks like it came from the Flintstones, or somewhere by the water with a fishing pole in hand. I’m even one of those crazies that enjoys ice fishing. If you see me around town feel free to come say hello! But be warned: I will absolutely talk your ear off, so I hope you don’t have anywhere to be for the next half hour!
